Advanced Skills Fascia Retreat “Biography Becomes Biology”

So much fun! I believe this was my 9th retreat. It’s for John Barnes’ trained MFR practitioners to not only learn from each other but to share their knowledge, wisdom, and love. We are a very tight community. We had a 12 women group this time: they’re always different and always perfect. Frances Nicolais, owner of the Myofascial Release Center in Glendale runs the retreats. I always learn so much. I’m so grateful and my clients benefit from all the new holds and techniques I learn.
