Navigating Hands-On Healing in the Coronavirus World :-(

I was so excited to return to return to the Myofascial Release world in July !

I know so many of us are missing sensory input, socialization, 1:1 connection, and just the act of looking forward to something. I feel so badly for all the kids, and adults, who are craving the human touch and have had to figure out how to get by with none, or far too little, for so  long now.

It is so much fun so see folks like “J” again, who stood straight up as he got off the table after his first treatment.  He stating that his wife will be surprised to not be looking at the top of his head, for he was so flexed forward at his hips, he was looking towards the ground as he walked.

And after his second treatment he was able to lie on his hip for an hour at a time, for the first time in a couple years! For that I thank John Barnes and his devotion to this work.  It’s “just” soft tissue restrictions…we don’t have to be in so much pain!

This work is such a thrill to me, and I welcome you all back with open arms…..from 6 feet away (of course I’m not 6’ away, but I do keep my mask on the entire time, and the clients wear theirs when face up).  We take temps, and ensure we haven’t been in contact with anyone we know of who’s + or symptomatic.  We are being as careful and safe as we can be in these times.

It truly feels so good to be back doing such kind and loving work, Thank You All!

Blessings, Kathy
